The Subscription tab: the plan and its seats, this month's usage (seats, active workflows, recording, AI, custom objects), Support seats, the next invoice, the payment method, invoices and the Downgrade or cancel card.

Amounts, quotas and what each plan includes depend on your plan: the page always shows yours.

The plan card shows the plan, the billing cycle (monthly or yearly), the number of seats and the renewal date.

  • Change plan opens the plan picker. During a trial, Upgrade to a paid plan does the same.
  • Seats: the − and + buttons change the number of seats. Adding is charged at once, prorated until the next invoice; removing takes effect at renewal, with no credit.
  • Beyond the number of seats offered self-serve, Contact us opens a quote request.

A scheduled change (moving to another plan, going back to Free) shows on the card, with Cancel the change.

Usage · this month follows, for the current month:

  • the seats used, pending invitations included (Viewers do not count);
  • the included active workflows and the extra ones (drafts are free);
  • meeting recording hours, shared by the whole organization and reset every month, with no carry-over;
  • AI (Atlas);
  • custom objects, archived ones included (base objects do not count).

By default, the recording bot stops when the month’s hours are used up, never during a meeting in progress. The Owner can Turn on overage: recording continues, billed by the minute, up to the monthly cap they set. At the cap, recording stops until the next month.

Support seats shows how many Support seats are used out of those bought. A Support seat only gives access to the live chat (see Members). Change sets their number.

  • Estimated next invoice details the upcoming invoice, excluding tax; VAT is added according to the billing address.
  • Payment method: the card or SEPA direct debit on file, and the billed name and VAT number. Edit opens Stripe’s secure payment page.
  • Invoices: each invoice with its date, amount, status and PDF.

If the last payment failed, a message asks you to update the payment method.

  1. In Downgrade or cancel, choose the lower plan, or Go back to Free.
  2. The window first shows what will change. To go back to Free, type the organization’s name to confirm.

The change takes effect at the end of the current period; until then, nothing changes. There is no prorated refund. Nothing is deleted: whatever exceeds the new plan’s limits becomes read-only.

At the end of a trial or when going back to Free, you choose the members and workflows that stay active.
