Teams

A team groups members of the organization, with one or more leads. A person can belong to several teams. The Owner, Admins, Members and Viewers can be in a team, Support members cannot. A record’s team is its owner’s.

  1. Click New team, or Edit next to a team.
  2. Give it a name and, if you like, a description.
  3. Tick the team’s members, then turn on the Lead switch of those who lead it.
  4. Click Create the team or Save.

Deleting a team removes nobody from the organization: members keep their records. Deletion is refused while the team’s booking link has pending requests; once the team is deleted, that link is turned off.

  • Filter by team: lists (is in team on a person field), dashboards and the pipeline report.
  • Rights: the Their team scope of a permission profile gives access to the records of the members of one’s teams. A lead with the “own records” scope also sees those of the members of the teams they lead.
  • Booking: each team can have its own booking link; only its members take, decline or reassign the requests it receives.
  • Workflows: the Assign to the next team member block hands out records in turn (see Blocks).
