Today

Today is the first page that opens when you sign in. It gathers on one screen what needs your attention during the day: the plan prepared by Atlas, alerts, your meetings, e-mails waiting for a reply and opportunities that have stopped moving.

The Today page: the signatures line, the alerts, then Atlas' brief with today's plan.

Every morning at 6 am (Paris time), Atlas prepares your day. The “Atlas · Your day” frame sums up the situation in one sentence, then gives today’s plan: the actions to take first, in order.

The “Atlas · Your day” frame with a summary sentence and today's numbered plan.

Each line of the plan says why it is there and offers a direct link: Open the thread for an e-mail, See the prep for a meeting, Open the opportunity for a deal. When Atlas suggests an action that is not a task yet, Create the task adds it to your tasks in one click.

  1. The preparation time shows at the top right: “Atlas brief prepared at 06:00 AM”.
  2. Click Regenerate to rebuild the brief at any time, for example after a busy morning.
  3. If today’s brief is not ready yet, the button reads Prepare my day.

Just above the brief, alerts flag what is blocked or late: a workflow waiting for your approval, a contract declined by a reviewer, a signature pending for several days. A coloured dot shows how urgent it is.

Three alerts: a contract to review before it goes out with the Approve button, a contract the lawyer has not approved, a signature pending for 5 days.
  • The link on the right opens the related record.
  • Approve opens the workflow step waiting for your decision.
  • Mark as handled removes the alert from the list.

The Today’s meetings section lists the events of your connected calendars (Google or Outlook), with the time, the attendees, the company and the link to join the call.

Three meetings of the day with the time, attendees, Google Meet or Zoom link, recording status and the Prepare button.
  • Prepare asks Atlas for a meeting brief, with notes on each attendee. See Prepare a meeting.
  • Under each meeting, the recording status is shown (recorded, bot scheduled, no recording). See Record a meeting.

The right column lists contacts with an e-mail waiting for you: an unread message, or a message awaiting your reply.

The To handle section with contacts and the subject of their latest e-mail.

Click a name to open the contact’s record and e-mail history.

This section lists your open opportunities with no activity for 14 days or more, with their stage, amount and number of silent days.

Depending on your activity, other blocks show up on the page:

  • Who replied: replies received since yesterday morning.
  • This week: your overdue tasks and those due today and this week.
  • What happened: a summary of activity since the last brief, including the number of e-mails received and sent.
  • New contacts: people you exchange e-mails with who are not in the CRM yet.
  • Signatures to handle, sequence e-mails to review and meetings whose notes wait for your review.
