After the meeting
A few minutes after the call ends, the recorded meeting gets its page: the video, the transcript with each speaker’s name, a summary and the AI’s suggestions. The AI suggests, you approve: nothing is created or changed without your approval, except linking to contacts the CRM already knows.
- 1Private or shared with the team
- 2Ask Atlas
- 3Suggested tasks
- 4The suggested stage change
- 5Summary, decisions and open questions
- 6The transcript
The summary
Section titled “The summary”The Summary block gives the gist of the conversation, the Decisions taken and the Open questions. The AI writes it from the transcript.
If the analysis failed, the block says so and offers Restart the analysis, without redoing the transcript.
Suggested tasks
Section titled “Suggested tasks”The AI spots the commitments you or your team made during the meeting and suggests them as tasks, with a due date, a priority and the moment of the meeting when they were said.
- Fix the title, due date or priority if needed.
- Untick the tasks you don’t want.
- Click Confirm the tasks. They are created in the Tasks object, assigned to you, linked to the meeting’s contact, company and opportunity.
The “at 31:30” link next to each task opens the video at the moment it came up.
The stage change
Section titled “The stage change”When the meeting is about an open opportunity, the Opportunity block may suggest moving it to another stage, with the reason taken from the conversation. Change the stage applies it, Ignore dismisses it. The change only applies if the opportunity is still at the starting stage.
Video and chapters
Section titled “Video and chapters”The video plays in the page, with play, ±10 seconds, speed and full screen. Under the video, the AI splits the meeting into chapters: click a chapter to jump to it.
Once the retention period is over, the video is deleted and the page shows “Video deleted on …”. See How long recordings are kept.
The transcript
Section titled “The transcript”Each passage carries the speaker’s name and the time. While the video is available, click a passage to play it from there.
- Search the transcript keeps only the passages containing the searched word and gives their count.
- Follow playback scrolls the transcript along with the video.
Participants
Section titled “Participants”The bot spots who spoke and for how long. The CRM matches them with your contacts:
- Internal: a member of your team.
- Contact linked: recognized by email address, already linked to the meeting.
- New contact or To link: the AI suggests creating the contact (with job title and company when it heard them) or linking them to an existing contact with the same name.
- For each person, choose Create the contact, Link to a contact… or Ignore. The fields of a contact to create stay editable.
- Click Apply. Contacts are created or linked to the meeting; missing companies are created from the email address domains.
An ignored person is not added to the CRM; what they said stays in the transcript.
Share the meeting
Section titled “Share the meeting”At the top of the page, Private / Team sets who sees the summary and transcript. Team opens them to members who can access a record linked to the meeting. Only the person who recorded it sees the call link and can change this setting.
