Reply Zero: leave no one without an answer

Reply Zero follows your conversations with your contacts both ways: what you haven’t replied to yet, and the e-mails left unanswered on their side. Both lists sit at the bottom of the Inbox column.

The Waiting for a reply view: a thread with no reply for 5 days, the linked opportunity, and the No follow-up needed and Follow up with Atlas buttons.
  • To reply: the last e-mail in the thread comes from one of your contacts, and you haven’t written to them since.
  • Waiting for a reply: the last e-mail in the thread is yours, sent to a contact 3 days ago or more, and they haven’t replied since. The number of days shows on each line.

Both lists cover threads from the last 30 days, in your own mailboxes, and only with people who are contacts in the CRM. E-mails moved to trash or spam don’t count.

When the contact or their company has an open opportunity, its name and stage show on the line: you see right away what’s at stake.

Open a thread to read the last e-mail, then:

  • Reply with Atlas (in To reply) or Follow up with Atlas (in Waiting for a reply): Atlas writes the draft, which opens in the writing window. You review it and send it yourself.
  • No reply needed or No follow-up needed: the contact leaves the list. They come back if a newer e-mail arrives (or goes out) afterwards.
  • Open record shows the contact’s record.

As soon as you reply, or the contact replies to you, the thread leaves the list on its own.
