A record in detail

A record brings together everything the CRM knows about a contact, a company, an opportunity or any other object: its fields, exchanges, meetings, files and tasks.

Camille Laurent's record: the name, e-mail and company, the action buttons, the summary with its open items, the Activity, Meetings, Files and Sequences tabs, and on the right the tasks, the upcoming meeting and the properties.

Under the name: the e-mail address (the icon next to it copies it) and the main linked record, like a contact’s company. The buttons depend on the object and your rights:

  • New e-mail opens the writing window (see Write an e-mail).
  • Propose time slots (contacts) prepares an e-mail with your availability.
  • Ask Atlas opens the Atlas panel, which knows which record you mean.
  • Fill with AI looks for the empty fields (see below).
  • Transfer changes the owner (see below).
  • Run a workflow shows up when your organisation has automations to start by hand.
  • Archive and the bin (see Archive, restore, delete).

The Summary block, written by AI from the e-mails and meetings linked to the record, fits in a few sentences. Below it:

  • Open items: what is left to do or awaited, with a due date and priority when the exchanges give one. The icon on the right of an item turns it into a task, Add all to tasks creates them all.
  • Next step and Last interaction.

The summary updates itself when a new e-mail arrives. The … menu offers Regenerate to rebuild it entirely. It only relies on what you are allowed to read: each person has their own summary.

  • Activity: e-mails, meetings, notes and documents, newest first. On a company, it also includes its contacts’ activity; on an opportunity, its contact’s and company’s. A colleague’s private e-mails appear masked.
  • Meetings: the record’s meetings, when meeting recording is set up or there already are some.
  • Files: the record’s documents. See A record’s files.
  • Sequences (contacts, Growth and Scale plans): the e-mail sequences the contact is enrolled in.
  • Revenue (companies linked to Stripe): the subscription, invoices and payments by month.

The right-hand column lists the record’s Tasks: the + adds one, ticking the box completes it. On a contact or opportunity, an upcoming meeting booked through your booking link also shows there, with Reschedule and Cancel.

Below, the Properties: click a value to edit it. An asterisk marks a required field, a padlock a field you can’t edit.

Fill with AI on Maxime Rousseau's record: 13 fields to fill, 1 found, 12 not found. Segment goes from empty to Mid-market with 42% confidence and its source, the Accept and Accept all buttons, and the list of fields not found.

Fill with AI looks for a value for every empty field of the record, in your e-mails, the CRM and, when it’s on, web search.

  • Each value found shows the old and new value, the model’s confidence and its source (an e-mail, a web page, the CRM). Click the source to check it.
  • Accept saves it, the cross dismisses it, Accept all saves every value found.
  • Not found lists the fields with no reliable information.

Nothing changes without your approval. Fields filled by Verdict (marked with a scale) are left to it.

The Transfer record window: New owner, Their open opportunities too, Their open tasks too, Share my private e-mails and meetings for this record with the team, and an optional message.
  1. Click Transfer (on the record, or in a list’s selection bar for several records).
  2. Pick the new owner.
  3. For a contact or a company, keep Their open opportunities too and Their open tasks too ticked so they follow; for an opportunity, its tasks.
  4. Tick Share my private e-mails and meetings if the new owner must see your history: otherwise they won’t.
  5. Add a message if needed, then Transfer.

The transfer is immediate. The new owner gets a notification in Today.
