Brand kit
The brand kit gathers your organization’s colors, fonts, logo, tone and rules. It applies at send time to all designed email templates, and Atlas follows it when it creates or revises a template.
- 1Read your website
- 2The colours
- 3The fonts
- 4Name, logo and buttons
- 5Tone and rules
- 6The preview
- 7Save brand kit
Open Settings › Templates and signature › Templates, then Set up brand kit (or Edit brand kit) in the Brand kit card. Without a brand kit, your templates use the default one. The preview on the right follows each change.
Read your website
Section titled “Read your website”Enter your website address then Read website. The CRM reads the home page and its stylesheets, over https, with no sign-in or cookie. Atlas picks among the colours and fonts found, and a logo among those found; if it cannot, colours and fonts are taken from the site’s code (“Website read without AI”). A few photos from the site are also added to your email images.
The brand kit is not saved yet: check the suggestions, then Save brand kit. Read again starts over; the date of the last read shows under the address.
Colours
Section titled “Colours”- Primary: header and buttons.
- Accent: links and details.
- Text: message body.
- Background: around the message.
Change a colour with the swatch or its code (#RRGGBB). The contrast with the text placed on it is shown, and “Found in” tells which page or stylesheet a colour read from your site comes from.
One font for Headings, one for Body, each with a fallback font available everywhere (Arial, Georgia…). Not every mail app shows a web font (Google Fonts): the fallback font is used instead.
Logo and buttons
Section titled “Logo and buttons”- Brand name: in the footer of each email, with the website address, and in the header when there is no logo.
- Logo: the main logo. Light logo: the one for a dark header. Upload a PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP: Gmail and Outlook do not show SVG.
- Button radius: from 0 to 24 px.
Tone and rules
Section titled “Tone and rules”The Tone describes how you talk to your clients. The Rules, one per line (20 max), are followed by Atlas when it writes or revises a template, for example “Always use the formal form” or “One button per email”.
