Organization settings

The General tab gathers your organization’s identity, its preferences and the danger zone (export, leaving, deletion).

Identity and preferences

Section titled “Identity and preferences”
  • Logo: PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG, 256 KB at most. It shows in the organization switcher.
  • The organization’s Name.
  • Address: the organization’s identifier in its links (lowercase letters, digits and hyphens). Changing it breaks shared links; the old address redirects to the new one for 90 days.
  • Language, Time zone and Country (VAT).
  • Data hosting: the region where your data is processed. It is shown read-only.

Click Save. The bottom of the card shows who made the last change, and when.

The context the organization gives Atlas, and the option for summaries outside your region, are set in Settings › Atlas and AI (see Give Atlas context).

Export the data

Section titled “Export the data”

Export downloads a JSON file with the records of every CRM object, the members and the settings. E-mails, meetings and files are not included. Only the Owner can export.

Leave the organization

Section titled “Leave the organization”

Leave removes your access to the organization; your records stay there, and an Admin can invite you again. The Owner cannot leave: they must first transfer ownership.

Delete the organization

Section titled “Delete the organization”
  1. Export the data first if you want to keep it.
  2. Click Delete…, type the organization’s address to confirm, then Delete the organization.

Every member’s access is cut at once, and the data is permanently deleted 30 days later. Until then, you can cancel from the organization switcher. The subscription is cancelled without refund: it stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
