Review before sending

When Atlas fills a sequence email and your approval is needed, the email waits in the To review queue. It never goes out without you.

The To review page: on the left the queue with Inès Benali ready and Maxime Rousseau with a gap to write; on the right the filled email, the passage written by Atlas highlighted, its source, and the Don't send, Rewrite and Approve and next buttons.

The top of the email gives the reason:

  • the step is set to be reviewed before every send (Email to review, or I review every email filled by Atlas);
  • Atlas found nothing reliable to fill a passage;
  • a record field used in the email is empty;
  • there is no booking link for the slots;
  • Atlas could not write this message.

These emails also show in To handle today on the Sequences page and in To review before sending on the Today page.

  • In the queue, Ready marks a complete email; “1 gap to write” marks a passage Atlas left empty, for you to write.
  • The passage written by Atlas is highlighted, and Where Atlas’s text comes from cites its source (a meeting, an email), or says it found nothing reliable.
  • Edit the whole text opens the email for editing.
  • Rewrite asks Atlas for another version.
  • Approve and next puts the email back on its way for this contact and moves to the next one. An email with an unwritten gap cannot be approved. Ready emails can also be approved all at once.
  • Don’t send to … stops the sequence for this contact.
