The audit log: the Action type, Actor, From and To filters, the Export CSV button, and the event list, one of them expanded to show the changed fields before and after, the IP address and the device.
  • records created, edited, archived or deleted, through any path (the app, import, Atlas, a workflow, the API);
  • members, invitations, ownership, teams and permission profiles;
  • organization settings, integrations, MCP tokens, API keys, workflows and SSO;
  • Atlas memory, dismissed contacts;
  • documents and attachments downloaded or sent outside the organization;
  • Arcane staff access to your data, and exports of the log itself.

Simply viewing a record is not recorded.

Each row shows the date, the actor, the action and what it concerns. The actor can be a user, Atlas, an MCP client or API key, a Workflow, the System or Arcane staff.

Click a row to expand it: for an edited record, each changed field with its value before and after, then the IP address and the device.

  • Action type and Actor narrow the list; From and To choose the period.
  • Export CSV downloads the events matching the current filters, up to 10,000 rows. The export is itself recorded in the log.
