Two tabs of a sequence tell you where it stands: Enrolled, contact by contact, and Results, step by step.

Depending on your plan Sequences › a sequence › Enrolled or Results Every member sees the numbers; the owner and admins act Try it in the demo
The Enrolled tab: the sequence's numbers, sends and replies by step, replies to handle with their category, then the list of enrollees with their status, step, opens, last event and next send.
  • At the top: enrollees, emails sent and bounces, replies, meetings booked through the sequence’s link and unsubscribes.
  • By step compares the sends and replies of each email.
  • Replies to handle lists the latest replies with the category given by Verdict; Open the record leads to the contact.
  • The list filters All, In progress, Replied, Meetings, To review, Paused and Stopped. Each row gives the step, opens, last event and next send; the cross removes the contact from the sequence.

“Sent” means accepted by Gmail or Outlook. A bounce shows when the error message comes back to the sender’s mailbox.

The Results tab: enrollees, reply rate, meetings, unsubscribes and bounces, replies by step, the A/B test of step 1, and on the right Atlas' analysis with its suggestions.
  • The sequence’s numbers since it was published: enrollees, reply rate (contacts who replied out of those who got at least one email), meetings, unsubscribes and bounces.
  • Replies by step shows which email gets replies.
  • A/B tests lists each test, its state (running, version ahead or winner) and opens its page with See the test.
The A/B test page of step 1: what changes, who got what, the duration and what comes next, versions A and B with their sends, replies and meetings, version B winning and Atlas' conclusion.

A test’s page recalls what changes between the versions, who got what, the duration and what happens next. Each version shows its sends, replies and meetings, then the detail: interested or “not now” replies according to Verdict, unsubscribes, bounces and opens.

  • Atlas only decides on replies, never on opens. It names a winner when the gap is clear enough not to be chance, according to a statistical test, and not before 20 sends per version.
  • If the test reaches the set number of sends per version without a reliable gap, the version with the most replies is kept.
  • Keep A or Keep B picks the winner yourself; publish to apply it.
  • New test resets the counters and splits the next enrollees again. Emails already sent do not change.
