Atlas memory
With its memory, Atlas remembers what stays true from one conversation to the next: your preferences, how you work, the key facts about your accounts. It uses them in the chat, e-mail drafts, summaries and the preparation of your day.
- 1On for the organization
- 2On for me
- 3New memory
- 4For whom
- 5Correct or forget
Turn it on
Section titled “Turn it on”Memory is off by default. The Owner or an admin turns it on for the organisation with On for the organization: it is then on for every member. Each person can turn it off for themselves with On for me; Atlas then remembers nothing more for them and stops using their memories.
Atlas Support, which answers on your websites’ live chat, never reads this memory.
What Atlas remembers on its own
Section titled “What Atlas remembers on its own”When you tell Atlas something that will hold later on (“remember that I want summaries in 5 points”), it remembers it and shows it in the conversation: Atlas remembered: …. Undo forgets it right away.
Atlas first asks for confirmation, with a card to confirm, when the memory would apply to the whole organisation, or when, since your last message, it has looked into the CRM (records, e-mails, meetings…) or received an excerpt. It only remembers what you said yourself, never the content of an e-mail, a document or a record.
Each day, when preparing your day, Atlas can also remember a few facts drawn from CRM activity (never the text of your e-mails). Those memories rotate: the oldest make room for new ones.
Add, correct, forget
Section titled “Add, correct, forget”- In What Atlas remembers, write the memory in New memory, for example “Our quotes are valid for 30 days”.
- Choose For whom: Only you, or Whole organization (Owner and admins only).
- Click Remember.
Each memory shows its source (remembered in the chat, by an MCP client, from CRM activity, added by hand), its date and its author. Correct edits its text, Forget deletes it. The organisation’s memories are only corrected or forgotten by the Owner and admins.
A memory fits in 240 characters. Memory keeps at most 30 memories for the organisation and 30 for each member. When yours are full, the oldest fact drawn from CRM activity makes room; if there is none, forget or correct a memory to add one.
