Integrations
An integration is an account on an external service that workflow blocks use: Jira to read tickets, an API protected by a key for the HTTP request block, Stripe for dashboards.

Connecting a service
Section titled “Connecting a service”- Click Add and choose the service: Jira, Stripe, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable or HTTP header.
- Give a Label (the name shown in blocks) and the credentials asked for: domain, e-mail and API token for Jira; a read-only restricted key for Stripe, or sign-in through Stripe’s page; the header’s name and value for an API.
- Connect and test: the CRM really tries the connection. An “HTTP header” integration can only be checked on a workflow’s first call.
Each integration shows its state: Verified, Not tested or Error. On an error, delete it and start again with other credentials.
In workflows
Section titled “In workflows”The Jira search and HTTP request blocks and the agent tools choose which integration to use. The organization’s integrations only work in administrators’ workflows: in another member’s workflow, the editor flags it as a problem.
Importing or syncing from an app
Section titled “Importing or syncing from an app”HubSpot, Pipedrive and Airtable copy their records into the CRM. Under the integration, Import / Sync opens the assistant:
- Pick the source (contacts, companies, deals, or an Airtable table) and the CRM object that receives it.
- Check the suggested field mapping and the preview of the first rows.
- Choose Import now, then pick up changes every 15 minutes or Import once.
- Leave Let … replace values already filled in unchecked to fill only the empty fields of existing records.
Existing contacts are recognised by their e-mail and companies by their domain: nothing is created twice, even if you recreate the sync. Each sync can be paused, run again or deleted (imported records stay). Changing the mapping reads every record of the source again.
Connecting an app with Atlas
Section titled “Connecting an app with Atlas”In Settings › Integrations › Tools, click Connect an app with Atlas and name the app (“Connect my Shopify app”). Atlas guides you all the way:
- for HubSpot, Pipedrive or Airtable, it shows a Connect button that opens the connection form (your key never appears in the conversation), suggests the field mapping, then runs the import once you agree;
- for any other app, it creates an “Incoming webhook” workflow, shows in the conversation the URL to paste into the app (or into Zapier, Make or n8n), waits for the sample you send, suggests the field mapping, then turns the workflow on once you agree.
Organization owners and admins only.
Deleting an integration
Section titled “Deleting an integration”Delete erases the encrypted secret from the server and its syncs. Deletion is refused while an active workflow uses it: deactivate those workflows or link their blocks to another integration, then try again. Drafts that used it will need to be linked to another one.
