The actions
Section titled “The actions”- Remind sends a reminder to the awaited signers (only the next one when the order is enforced). At most one reminder a day.
- Sign in person: when the person is next to you, hand them the screen; the signature is recorded in their name. For Arcane eSign sends, offered to the person who manages the request.
- Sign now shows when it is your turn on an Arcane eSign send: you sign in the app.
- The … menu holds the other actions, including Cancel request (for the person who manages the request): signers can no longer sign and signatures already applied are lost.
When everyone has signed
Section titled “When everyone has signed”The signed PDF and its certificate are filed automatically in the record’s files, visible to the team. Each step (sent, signed, declined, expired, canceled) also shows in the record’s history.
