Dashboards

A dashboard gathers widgets: a key figure, a line, bars, a funnel, a table or a list, computed on your CRM records, your sequences or your Stripe data.

The Dashboards page: the bar to ask Atlas for a chart and its suggestions, the All, Personal and Shared filters, a shared Revenue & customers dashboard, then three ready-made templates.
  • New creates an empty dashboard: give it a name and choose whether it is shared.
  • Start from a template: SaaS revenue (MRR, new MRR, churn, unpaid invoices), Sales pipeline (opportunities by stage, open amount, won per month) or Billing (invoices issued, paid, overdue). A template that reads Stripe shows Connect Stripe until Stripe is linked, which leads to the integrations.

Share with the team makes the dashboard visible to every member of the organization. Each person sees the figures their permissions allow: two people can read different values on the same widget. The Personal and Shared filters sort the list.

The Revenue & customers dashboard: the Whole organization and Last 12 months filters, the Refresh button, Atlas, Widget and the dashboard menu, then the MRR, New MRR, Churn MRR, Overdue invoices, MRR trend and MRR by plan widgets.
  • The owner limits the figures to the whole organization, your accounts, a team or a member. A widget on an object without an owner says so and stays computed on all its records.
  • The period goes from the last 7 days to the last 24 months (last 12 months by default). A key figure compares it with the previous period.
  • A Stripe widget shows when the data was last copied from Stripe. Refresh recomputes the dashboard.
  • On a CRM widget, click a figure, a bar or a row to see the records behind this number.
The New widget window: title, CRM, Stripe or Sequences source, object, measure and field, grouping, period, visualization, width, and the preview computed on your data.
  1. Widget opens the editor. Choose the source: CRM (an object, a measure such as the count or the sum of a field, a grouping, the date field that places records in the period), Stripe (MRR, MRR movements, subscriptions, invoices, customers) or Sequences (enrolled, replies, meetings, reply rate…).
  2. Choose the visualization and the width (from 1/4 to full width). The preview is computed on your real data.
  3. Add. Drag a widget by its handle to move it; its … menu edits or removes it.

The dashboard’s … menu renames it, shares it or makes it personal, keeps this period as default, or deletes it with its widgets. A dashboard holds 40 widgets at most.
