Give Atlas context

Atlas and the other AI features (e-mail drafts, record filling, import, summaries) write better when they know who you are and what your organisation sells. This context is written once, as free text.

Settings › Atlas and AI › Context: AI included, My context with its example and the 0/4000 counter, then Organization context.

AI is provided by Arcane and included in your subscription: no key or model to configure.

  1. Open Settings › Atlas and AI › Context.
  2. In My context, describe yourself: your role, what you sell, your tone, your signature, the language to use.
  3. Click Save context.

This text (4,000 characters at most, the counter shows it) is sent to all your AI features, whatever the model. It only concerns you: your colleagues write their own.

Just below, Organization context describes the business, the offer, the tone and the house rules (“never promise a delivery date without approval”). It is sent to every member’s AI agents and to Atlas on your websites’ live chat. Only the Owner and admins edit it; other members read it.

Summaries and extraction outside your region

Section titled “Summaries and extraction outside your region”
The Summaries and extraction outside your region option, with its switch and its explanation.

Summaries, reading document fields and Verdict’s sorting go through specialised models. When they aren’t offered in your organisation’s processing region (European Union or United States), this option lets them go outside that region, with zero data retention (ZDR) required on every call.

  • On: summaries, extraction and Verdict’s sorting work normally.
  • Off: only models in your region run. Summaries, extraction and Verdict use a fallback model offered in the region. If there is none, summaries and extraction use the task’s model, and Verdict no longer sorts e-mails or documents: a banner says so in the Inbox.

Only the Owner and admins change this setting.
