Email to all contacts

For news, an alert or new opening hours, write once to all your contacts. Each gets their own email, from your mailbox, with an unsubscribe link.

The Emails to contacts tab: the New email button, the number of reachable contacts and the sending limits, then the Our new opening hours email, done, with its outcome.

All of the organization’s contacts with an email address, except archived records, unsubscribed people and forgotten addresses. The number of reachable contacts is shown at the top.

The Write to all contacts window: the sending mailbox, the choice of a mail template, the subject, the message and the available variables.
  1. Click New email.
  2. Pick the sending mailbox in Send from, and if needed a mail template in Start from a template.
  3. Write the subject and the message. Personalise them with {{ fiche.first_name }}, {{ fiche.last_name }}, {{ fiche.company }}, {{ expediteur }}, {{ date }} or any other contact field.
  4. Click Continue, read the summary (subject, number of contacts, mailbox), then Send to … contacts.

An unsubscribe link is added at the end of each email. A contact who uses it no longer gets these emails.

Sending is spread out to respect the mailbox’s limits: 20 emails per minute at most, and a daily cap depending on the mailbox type (Google Workspace, gmail.com, Microsoft 365, outlook.com), shared with sequences. When the cap is reached, sending resumes on its own as soon as the mailbox is back under its cap over 24 hours.

Each send stays in the list with its date, the mailbox used, and the number of emails sent, failed and skipped. Stop sending interrupts a send in progress; emails already sent cannot be recalled.
