Reports written by Atlas
A saved report is a question you ask once: Atlas picks the figures that answer it, then rewrites the analysis with current figures, on demand or on a fixed date.

A version holds a summary, one section per query (its chart and its analysis), recommendations and the cited records, which open in one click.
- Regenerate writes a new version with current figures. Earlier versions stay in the Version menu.
- PDF downloads the version shown.
- The period and the schedule are changed at the top of the report; Next delivery gives the next date. On a report shared by someone else, they stay those set by its creator.
Scheduled delivery
Section titled “Scheduled delivery”With Every Monday or Every month, the report is rewritten at 7:00 (Paris time), on Monday or on the 1st of the month, for the person who created it: they receive it by e-mail and as an alert in Today.
Share with the team (the … menu) makes the report visible to every member. Each person generates their own version there, computed with their permissions: nobody sees someone else’s figures. Only its creator and the organization’s administrators rename, share, schedule or delete it; deleting it erases all its versions.
